Respect Life Ministry

We invite you and your family to “Spiritually Adopt” a child in the womb who is in danger of abortion. You choose a name for your child and pray for him/her until Christmas, mirroring the 9 months Jesus spent in his mother’s womb. During the 9 months, development through the lens of Jesus and Mary will be in the bulletin and website. Click Spiritual Adoption 2019 to download the spiritual adoption flyer.

Current Events

Three Hundred Crosses will be placed in the island between the south entrances October 5 for St. Joan of Arc’s annual display to bring awareness to the number of abortions performed in Central Ohio alone—each month! This is a stark reminder of the magnitude of this modern-day holocaust. More information will be available at the table in the narthex during the weekend, where representatives will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

October is Respect Life Month
. This is a perfect time to ask ourselves whether we are good witnesses to the respect we are called to have for all human life, from conception to natural death. This is challenging because we are members of a society in which there is tremendous pressure to limit our love and ignore the sacredness of human life.
