Eucharistic Adoration

Join us for Eucharistic Adoration at St. Joan of Arc!

Jesus loves you so much and wants to spend time with you! He calls out day and night and thirsts for souls to spend time with Him.  He asks:

Can you not watch one hour with me?

Matthew 26:40.

The Mercy Chapel just off the Narthex is open to you to come before our Eucharistic Lord in silent prayer.

What is Eucharistic Adoration?

During Adoration we “watch and wait;” we remain “silent” in His Presence and open ourselves to His Graces which flow from the Eucharist. By worshiping the Eucharistic Jesus, we become what God wants us to be! Like a magnet, the Lord draws us to Himself and gently transforms us.

Eucharistic Adoration began at St. Joan of Arc on February 18, 1999.  Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament is offered each and every week from Monday at 9 a.m. through Friday at 8:30 a.m.  At least one adorer is present at each hour.  Adorers are GUARDIANS of our precious Lord truly present to us.  When hours are posted in the bulletin there is at least one other adorer at that time, but additional adorers are welcome for more support for conflicts, vacations, etc.

The more time you spend with Jesus, the more you will come away feeling renewed and healed.  Miracles of conversion, peace, discovery of vocations, answers to prayers, physical healing, and many other wonderful things happen where and when the Lord Jesus is adored in the Blessed Sacrament. They are the “gifts” that point to the Almighty Giver and testify to His Real Presence…
